Dr. Dwayne is a global thinker, communicator, and educator with a passion for transforming lives through the power of leadership. He carries a message of empowerment and action. Dr. Dwayne has been seen on television stations including TBN, The Word Network, CBS, NBC, and more. He is the former host of the digital stalk show “Millennial Moments.” He’s also the author of multiple books spanning different industries.
Dr. Dwayne is the President of The Whitehead Group. TWG, powered by the John Maxwell Team, is a for-profit initiative that offers leadership resources to leaders, teams, and organizations. His academic studies include theology, business, and theatre performance. He holds an earned doctorate in education from St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, Florida. Dr. Dwayne’s greatest joy is his wife Cheryl and their five children.
Paul A. Henderson
Dean of Students, Cornerstone Schools of Detroit

Paul A. Henderson is a school administrator, former sports chaplain, author, and speaker. He served as Dean of Students at Elijah House Academy in Richmond, VA, and he is currently serving as Dean of Students at Cornerstone Schools of Detroit, MI. His first book, Slave No More: Conquering the Master Within, was released in 2022, and he has been featured as a guest writer for various publications. He has also spoken at various schools, organizations, business networking groups, and sports teams ranging from youth leagues to VCU Athletics and the NFL. Paul holds a B.S. in History and an M.A.T. from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Paul is married to Kierra, and they have four sons, PJ, Joey, David, and Noah.
